4G Outdoor Camouflage Camera

A self-contained spy camera and DVR system designed for use outdoors. Commonly known as a game or trail camera, this camouflaged waterproof outdoor camera device captures high definition video and still shots and has the ability to be controlled a dedicated App on your Smartphone.

Unit is supplied pre-programmed with an active Easy IOT cross network SIM card inside the camera, with £10.00 credit on the SIM to enable remote control and sending of video and still imagery to app and/or cloud storage.

Motion Triggered Video Recording

The 4G outdoor spy camera will blend into a leafy environment and is designed with excellent battery life capability for long term deployment scenarios. The inbuilt movement sensors have a 50º coverage angle, so as soon as there is movement detected within a 20 metres, to the front, the system will either record video or take one/multiple stills or both and store this on the internal SD card memory within. Triggering is super-fast at 0.5 seconds, so you shouldn’t miss a thing. The camera lens is a 120º wide angle so you shouldn’t miss a thing.

4G Outdoor Camouflage Camera – Live Alerts Sent by Push Notification

The internal DVR will record up to 2.7K resolution video files and/or up to 14.0 MP stills onto the pre-installed internal memory card. This product can accept a maximum SD card capacity of 128 GB – 1 x 32 GB Cards included as standard. There is also a very reasonably priced cloud storage option should this be required. This new top of the range 4G outdoor camera system is easily linked to the free downloadable Smartphone App for both Android and iPhone by scanning the relevant QR code to receive motion activated ‘live’ push notification alerts with images/video. Each camera unit is preinstalled with an active Easy iOT SIM card that will work across the cellphone networks and has £10 worth of data credit as standard. You can also control and receive imagery from multiple 4G Outdoor Camouflage units through the App, enabling monitoring of more than one device with ease.

Discreet Nighttime Operation – High Power Infrared LED

This outdoor camouflaged camera system has a superb set of 4 x high power 940NM infrared LED with ICR lights that, in low light and complete darkness, will automatically switch on to illuminate the area in front of the 4G Outdoor Camouflage Camera. Although illumination is provided for the camera to be able to see, the LEDs operate on a light frequency and cannot be seen by the human eye, which means that the camera can be deployed covertly. When the LEDs are on, the 14 megapixel CMOS will automatically switch to capture stills and video in ‘black and white’. Although, when there is enough daylight, the infrared lights will stay off and the camera system will revert back to full colour imagery.

Easy Remote Control – Excellent Deployment Capabilities

Through the dedicated contro, app, recorded footage can be reviewed and/or downloaded back to the smartphone. If an SD card is being used as the storage medium, it is of course possible to remove the card physically from the camera and connect to a computer to review and back up the files. The camera will automatically notify the user when motion is detected in front of the camera, using push notification alerts, sent to the smartphone app. When the user reviews the notification, this will instantly open the app to show a live camera view. The benefit of the real time view connection is that you can react immediately to a situation as it happens. With inbuilt two-way audio communication, if desired, you will be able to speak remotely through the integrated camera speaker and as the system also has a microphone, the remote user will hear what is being said or is happening.

The unit is powered by 6 x Lithium Rechargeable cells providing a standby time of up to 180 days and a realistic deployment capability of 2 months when there is 10 PIR 10 events per day. The device is supplied with a small solar panel to enable longer deployment. This is easily secured and connected to the camera system by using the supplied brackets and fixtures.

Whilst many customers will use this system to capture wildlife, others will make the connection to use this device for instant surveillance outside the home, to keep watch on a car, overlooking the office, construction site or maybe a warehouse. Because this is the latest 4G type, it means that deployment opportunities are enhanced and ‘live’ notifications are faster than the earlier 2G and 3G models. A specialist E iOT Cross-network SIM is included as standard with £10 worth of data credit, so the device will be programmed and ready to go, which makes matters so simple for the customer on receiving this outdoor spy device.

Is this product available in any other colour?

No, unfortunately at the moment these devices are only manufactured in a camouflage casing designed for discreet deployment in a variety of outdoor circumstances.

Is the 4G Outdoor Camouflage Camera completely waterproof?

The device when sealed correctly with be completely weatherproof to IP66 rating, however, we cannot not guarantee that it would remain watertight if completely immersed in water.

Is the unit provided with anything to attach it to a tree or similar?

Yes, this is provided with numerous aids to attachment to a tree, a hard surface, so includes a strap, mounting plate, bracket, screws and wall plugs.

Will the 4G Camo Camera record sounds as well as video?

This product does record audio on the video and also has two-way audio capability, so it’s possible to speak remotely through the camera if desired.

How do I playback the recorded video from the 4G Camouflage Camera?

The video files are recorded either onto an integrated SD card (microSD) or there is a cloud storage option (subscription fee is required). Files can be downloaded remotely to your Smartphone and played back on the phone screen. Alternatively, the SD card can be removed and recordings then played back through a connected computer or directly via USB to a Smartphone.

Do I have to connect this device to a computer to program the settings?

All settings and functionality is controlled through a dedicated Smartphone app that is available as a free download for both Android and iOS phones, so everything in this regard can be remotely controlled.

Do I have to top up the included 4G data SIM card or is everything included in the purchase price?

One month worth of credit is included, however for continuation of this data connection service after the expiry of a month, further payment will need to be made through the app. Costs are dependant on the extension time required.

You will need to consider the following to use this product:

• Although this unit is IP66 rated making it weatherproof for severe rain, this does not mean that the units is watertight if submerged completely in water.
• The device is powered by a set of internal Lithium rechargeable batteries. There is no alternative removable battery option on this version for this camera system.
• The 4G Camouflage Camera cannot be powered from a mains supply, although it is supplied with a solar panel to help increase deployment capabilities.
• The device is supplied with a 32GB micro SD card as standard, although there is a larger card option available.
• You can either review recorded footage remotely via the app or by physically removing the SD Card to watch through your computer or Smartphone.
